Symptoms of coronavirus are reported as flu-like, with varying degrees of severity. In addition, it appears that certain factors (elderly, immunocompromised, chronic-illness, respiratory issues, etc.) may put segments of our population at greater risk for complications from coronavirus. To address these potential issues, our office has been rescheduling appointments for patients in high-risk categories and we are generally decreasing the flow of patients in the office to allow for adequate social-distancing. If you are in need of guidance regarding coronavirus prevention, symptoms, procedures, etc., please click here to be directed to the comprehensive CDC website regarding these items.
Additionally, we are requesting that all clients fill out a consent form before receiving dental care in our office. The form is intended to clarify any risks for treatment in our office and verify the current status of our clients, keeping all of us safe during the coronavirus pandemic. A link to the form is below. Please print and complete the form before arriving to our office. If you answered yes to any of the questions, please contact our office as soon as possible because we may need to reschedule your appointment. If you completed the form without any concerns, please show up for your appointment on time, but not too early so that we may keep a strict distancing policy in effect. We will ask some follow up questions when you arrive and take your temperature with a specialized thermometer that does not require any physical contact.
